BOK CHOY

Harvest day is finally here. At least for the Bok Choy.

It looks like Bok Choy grows real well in the greenhouse.

OH NOOOOO He got dirt in my face!

I have never cooked Bok Choy before but you can learn anything on the internet.

Stephen, Andy, Jerrisue and myself had a great dinner today.

All of the dinner was great. We had stir fry Bok Choy (grown in the greenhouse), carrots(grown in the garden), potatoes and corned beef (cooked for 8 hours in the crock pot)

Hi Alan wow does your garden look great, keep feeding Jerri Sue the healthy things, she is just to quiet, you look great.
Just wondering how BOK CHOY tastes, I am y have to come see you in the future
